If you’re constantly injured, it’s probably your form—not your shoes 👟

Swipe through for the 3 biggest mistakes I see (and the cues that actually fix them) →
🔸 Overstriding → Scrape the ground (watch for 90° shin angle)
🔸 Knee collapse → Spread your toes on landing
🔸 Heel whip → Knees forward, not up (film from the back!)

But here’s what most runners don’t know:

These cues work for 80% of people. The other 20%? Their brain needs different language.

“Run quieter” vs “scrape the ground.”
“Grip the ground” vs “spread your toes.”

Same fix, different cue.

After 11 years as a run form specialist working with thousands of runners, I’ve learned: **I don’t have THE cue. I have YOUR cue.**
