Poor Man’s Frankincense- if you haven’t tried this oil yet read below!
Elemi essential oil, also known as “the poor man’s frankincense,” is a part of the same botanical family as frankincense and myrrh. It has a bright, lemon, peppery scent that I love.
Elemi essential oil is underrated and seldom talked about. It’s good for meditation, skin care (try this instead of frankincense), wellness support, musculoskeletal support, and more!
Chill Pill Diffuser Recipe
2 Lime
2 Orange
2 Elemi
2 Copaiba
Facial Serum Recipe
4 drops Elemi
3 drops Blue Tansy or Blue Yarrow
4 drops Lavender
Place all oils in a 2oz dropper bottle and top off with organic rosehip or organic jojoba oil.
Ways to use:
* Diffuse or inhale it to create a grounded and meditative environment.
