Warm, grounding, and sweet enough to settle the soul…
This Vata Balancing Breakfast has become my new morning ritual. 🥣✨

Buttery cinnamon-stewed apples melting beneath a sprinkle of homemade crunchy granola — the kind of food that calms the nervous system instead of shocking it awake.

Ayurveda teaches that Vata (the dosha of movement, anxiety, creativity, and air) needs warmth, moisture, sweetness, and stability.
This bowl brings all of that.

If your mornings feel rushed, scattered, or emotionally heavy… try this.
Let the first thing you eat remind your body it’s safe to slow down.

Full recipe is now live on my blog.

8 oz (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup (120 g) Greek yogurt
