Our team participated in a resource fair today in Fort Walton that was hosted by NWF Health. This allows our team to collaborate closely with other providers and at the same time, allows us to educate the public about our services.

The positions serve families that have been identified by the Florida Department of Children and Families at high risk for losing custody of their child(ren) if things do not improve from a health and or safety perspective within the home.

The enemy is after our families—but God is moving. When God started the work of FC Outreach over a year ago, we had no idea how quickly we’d be on the move and standing in the gap to keep children from being removed from their biological families.

Through our Christ-centered approach, we provide practical support and resources to families who, for the most part, just need someone to walk them through a tough time and point to the hope found in Jesus. Of the over 200 families served in Year 1, 91% of the families served in our four-county area have stayed together and avoided child removal. Praise God!

Please note: FC Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. FC Outreach’s highest priority and funding need is to add Christ-centered therapy to our intervention services in the next year.

The problem with current AI mental health solutions is that we are starting to treat therapy as a customer service feature as opposed to respecting therapy for what it is. Hey y'all! Meet Amanda Tulggle one of our newest Support Coordinators.

I am so happy to be a part of FC Outreach because this work is deeply Christ- centered. It's about showing up like Jesus did: with truth and grace. With patience and strength. It's about seeing the unseen and fighting for restoration when the world expects failure. I believe in excellence, not in how we serve, but in how we love- wholeheartedly , without judgement, and a fierce belief in redemption.

We are glad you are part of our team Amanda! We can't wait to see how you bless the families we serve while you walk with them.

Introducing Casy Harrington - Support Coordinator for Walton County.

I was born in San Antonio, Texas, and spent my childhood in a small town with a K-12 school. In 1995, my parents moved us to Niceville, Florida when I was in the 8th grade. It was a big change from the small town I grew up in and very difficult for me to adjust to leaving everything I had ever known, to move to a new place and start all over. Although, I still consider myself a Texas gal, I now call Florida my home and I am thankful that.

God is always one step ahead of us preparing the way. I have lived in Ponce De Leon for the past 24 years. My family and I attend Crosspoint Church where we have served for about 5 years. I don’t know what I would do without my church and church family! As a child, I faced difficult family circumstances that majorly impacted my life. However, through Christ I have overcome many personal battles and daily strive to become more like Him.

My personal battles are what led me to the work I do today, serving, supporting, and loving families. It’s my passion to educate and be an advocate for individuals and families. To support and help guide individuals and families into a place of overcoming their own battles. To help them achieve success, gain hope and strive for a better life. To prove that there are still people in this world that care and love others.

Matthew 5:16 says, In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify the Father in heaven.

My hope is that I can make a difference in the lives of those I encounter, so they will see and know the love of Christ!
