Step-by-Step Guide to Correct Sitting Posture:

Feet & Knees:
Place feet flat on the floor or a footrest, hip-width apart.
Ensure knees are at or slightly below hip level, forming roughly a 90-degree angle.
Keep a small gap (about three fingers' width) between the back of your knees and the chair's edge.

Hips & Back:
Scoot your buttocks all the way to the back of the chair.
Use a small cushion or rolled towel for lower back support (lumbar support) to maintain your spine's natural slight curve (neutral spine).
Your weight should be on your "sit bones" (ischial tuberosities), not your tailbone.

Shoulders & Head:
Relax your shoulders down and back, aligning them vertically with your hips.
Keep your head balanced directly over your spine, ears aligned with shoulders, avoiding forward tilting ("turtle neck").

Arms & Elbows (for desk work):
Adjust your chair/keyboard so your elbows stay bent at about 90 degrees.
Keep arms close to your body, not reaching or rounding your shoulders forward.

- Maximum vitamin D synthesis
