As the days lengthen and the earth wakes up, I'm thinking about patience.
Nature doesn't rush spring. The seed sits in the soil. The bud waits for warmth. The roots deepen quietly, invisibly, doing their work long before anything blooms above ground.
Your healing journey mirrors this same wisdom. Some seasons feel like deep growth happening beneath the surface—invisible, slow, sometimes frustrating. Other seasons bring visible blooming. Both are necessary. Both are part of the whole.
This spring, we're gathering in Joy Seekers to explore what it means to honor your own pace. To notice the small shifts. To practice gentle patience with your body and your healing, the way we practice patience with the earth.
