This is exactly what I tell people when they don’t understand why I attempt to avoid gluten. Not only are there added ingredients, but the basic ingredients are genetically modified, sprayed with pesticides, and a whole host of other processes. Much of our food supply is toxic or nutritionally void!

PSA don't use aluminum foil on your food for cooking or grilling. It's linked to Parkinson's, dementia, and other neurological diseases. Totally not worth the convenience of it. Still doing more research but this article alone is pretty damning.
