Today, our kitchen was filled with the rich aroma of freshly baked caramel mint brownies and the joyful laughter of our Memory Care residents. Together, we measured, mixed, and swirled ribbons of golden caramel into decadent chocolate batter, adding a refreshing hint mint for that perfect springtime twist. The best part? Watching smiles light up as we enjoyed our warm treats fresh from the oven.

Happy 68th Wedding Anniversary to Mr. James & Betty Amerson. The beautiful couple were served a very special dinner to celebrate the occasion. Chef Cameron Williams and his Culinary Team, prepared Citrus Kale Salad, Creamy Corn and Potato Chowder garnished with Bacon and Green Onions. The main meal consisted of Stuff Crusted Salmon with White Wine Butter Sauce topped with Corn Mac Chow, served with Roasted Potatoes and Sautéed Spinach. The couple enjoyed a delightful dessert, Apple Cider Caramel Crumble Cake with Whipped Cream topped with a Cinnamon Drazzle.

Thank you to all the families who joined us for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and such great energy yesterday. A special shout-out to Sno Biz for the incredible ice-treats they were a hugh hit and the perfect way for the kids to cool down after the big hunt. And of course, a big thank you to the Easter Bunny for hopping by and making the day extra magical for the little ones. We're so grateful for this community.
