Being a …

This is just one example of why I knew I was destined to coach…

If you understand your , even at the simplest level, you can understand your blueprint of how you can live your life to the fullest.

When I started to truly tune into my design, I started to understand what my energy capacity is, and how I am meant to navigate life.

And…

- What my intuition means for me.

- Why I’ve done the things I have done in my life.

- How I am meant to show up and serve in this lifetime.

I am a 6/2 splenic projector…which means I am a guide. I am the lighthouse for others. And it also means I have a limitation to how much energy I can take in and put out.

Most recently, after many many MANY years of soul searching for “my purpose,” I have come to the understanding that my purpose is to share my wisdom with others.

To be a guide.

Sometimes it takes “the way” being shown to you 99 times before it’s the 100th time that it sinks in. And to actually be so simple.

And when I sat in the presence and essence of my own intuition, and just allowed for the Divine to work through me, it came to me.

Being a guide for others…that lighthouse…a coach - it’s my destiny.

And it is my favorite thing because I get to share my wisdom.

My experiences.

My guidance.

And that is pretty fu***ng awesome.

A solid relationship contains many parts and pieces.

Understanding.

Reverence.

Support.

Listening.

Love.

Space.

Closeness.

The relationship that my partner and I have cultivated in the last 23 years is full of all of those things.

And we have grown into this understanding over this time together.

And we have each had to do a lot of to get to where we are.

He listens to me...and I listen to him.

He supports me... I support him.

I can cry or express my distaste or anger, and he can do the same.

We give each other space when needed.

We embrace one another in love and understanding.

And we give each other space to grow and be who WE are as individuals...

This doesn’t “just happen.”

We are not just “the lucky ones.”

That has been a constant question during our time together...

"How do you guys DO IT?" or "WHAT is your secret?"

Relationships need constant nurturing and nourishment in order to grow - to evolve.

Just like a parent to a child.

Relationships don’t have to fizzle out, just because time has gone by.

When you can choose to be with what is present, and work WITH it, relationships can flourish and be even better with time.

Time "in" means getting to know your partner on deeper levels.

Time "in" means cultivating reverence and closeness.

Time "in" means seeing this person the way they should be seen. ALL OF THEM.

It isn’t easy.

But…growth rarely is.

It takes dedication to one another.

It takes effort.

It takes walking through the s**t with your partner.

Being that listener when they need it.

Being that support system when they need it.

Allowing them to be exactly WHO they are, and helping them to grow and evolve.

Something that I have truly embodied as a person in relationship, and as a coach, is that no one “completes you.”

You are not 90% needing for your partner to make up the 10% to make you whole.

You get to be 100% whole and complete for YOU.

Your partner gets to be 100% whole and complete for THEM.

It is only then that you can truly thrive in s*x, love and relationships.

there is deep conditioning that surrounds sxxuality.

the conditioning can become a hindrance in your sxxual thriving.

it can produce a toxicity in the body.

it can create pain and problems in your body’s inner-ecology.

it doesn’t belong in the human body and it doesn’t facilitate thriving.

when the root cause of what holds you back is discovered, and comes to the surface, it now has the chance to be purified. released. shed.

just like a plant needs nourishment and hydration, your sxxual ecology needs nourishment.

oftentimes, society or conditioning or religion, or fear of punishment can dictate your sxxuality, doing your amazing body a great disservice.

oftentimes, your desire is merely a faraway thought.

💖 maybe you desire more pleasure.

💖 maybe you desire more creativity in sxx.

💖 maybe you desire to have MORE sxx.

💖 maybe you desire to 0rgasm.

when the old ways exist in the NOW, there can be a block in sxxual thriving.

not having love for your sxxual self is often taught early in life, right under your nose.

sxxual trauma. abuse. fears taught to you from your parents, teachers or church.

before you know it, those toxic roots have been established and made their mark in your sxxuality.

if you continue to hold onto the outdated belief system that getting what you desire isn’t a possibility, then those old conditioned ways of thought will rule your present-day sxxuality.

don’t get caught in the trap of those old beliefs.

sxxual thriving doesn’t have to be just a possibility…

when you choose to do the inner work in order to connect to your desire, anything is possible…❤️
