The Arc Gateway The Arc Gateway provides services and support to children and adults with developmental disabilities The Arc Gateway serves more than 1,200 children and adults.

Programs range from early intervention services, pediatric therapy and child care to retirement programs for senior citizens. Day programs include basic academic classes and work opportunities at The Arc Gateway and throughout the community. Residential programs include six group homes in the community and support for individuals living in their own homes.

A few weeks ago, South Santa Rosa enjoyed a visit from the Midway Fire District! We got the chance to meet some of the awesome firefighters who work hard every day to keep our community safe. Our Arizona ladies are growing their own vegetables!! And they're dedicating the garden to the late Rusty Rood.

Beth and Rusty, along with others in the Bay Cliff neighborhood, have always been incredibly supportive of and involved with our Arizona group home, and we’re so glad to honor that connection through this project.

The Arc Gateway is participating in Ridge Area Arc's "Show Us Your Socks Showdown"!!! And you should too!!!

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month and we're wearing our fun socks to celebrate! Like Ridge Area Arc, "We believe what makes us different is what makes us stronger, and sometimes, that individuality starts with something as simple as a pair of socks."

We challenge you to get in on the action! Ask businesses, employees, friends, family, civic organizations and church groups to donate $5 (or more!) to Ridge Area Arc and wear their wildest, most personality-packed pair of socks. The crazier, the better!!
