Yin yoga is back at Lotus of Ludington! I’m so excited to be bringing this series back for February.
This series will focus on targeting the Meridians (energy pathways) of the body. Based on Chinese Daoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga’s primary aim is to slow down, focus on deep, longer held stretches that encourage us to be still with our breath and bring our body and mind back into alignment. This practice balances more active "yang" styles of yoga and our busy daily lives, promoting deep relaxation and introspection. If this calls to you, join me on the mat to learn more. 🙏🏽
