At some point, it can feel consuming. But what truly matters is what we do with those feelings… how we honor them, how we support one another, and how we choose to move forward.

It’s what your body holds onto when it didn’t feel safe.

Trauma lives in the nervous system.
It shows up as tension you can’t explain, reactions that feel bigger than the moment, exhaustion that rest doesn’t fix, or a constant sense of being on edge.

It’s not a failure to cope.
It’s your body doing exactly what it was designed to do—protect you when safety wasn’t guaranteed.

Healing isn’t about forcing yourself to relive the past or “getting over it.”
It’s about helping your body relearn safety, regulation, and trust—at a pace that honors your whole life experience.
