Jeff isn't exactly the first to admit it, but he used to be the funny fat kid in class. Despite being a perpetual athlete and sports enthusiast, Jeff excelled at the Truffle Shuffle (insert link to youtube video of truffle shuffle) and making his wife feel very skinny in their wedding and vacation photos. After one two many heft-related retorts one Christmas, Jeff finally said, "Enough," and focused his energy to losing his chunk and taking his fitness to a new level. During this time, he discovered health and fitness is not just about exercise; it’s a physical and mental lifestyle. In 2009, Jeff took his years of fitness training and knowledge to the next level and became an International Sports Sciences Association Certified Fitness Trainer. Since then, in addition to a long list of personal training successes, Jeff has developed and lead group fitness programs in multiple disciplines ranging from indoor cycling to fitness bootcamps. Jeff is a firm believer everyone can achieve their goals and achieve a level of personal satisfaction that carries into all aspects of their life. About Tim:
If there is one way to reference Tim, it's the Engergizer Bunny. He just keeps going and going and going. Tim is a veteran of Ironman Traithlons, full marathons, adventure races, and a multitude of other physical challenges most people wouldn't even dream of trying. In 2010, Tim decided to share his wealth of knowledge and experience with others and became an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. Since then, he has been working with clients of all ages and abilities to achieve amazing goals, and have a great time doing it.
