Teen girls today are navigating more pressure than ever. Social media, body image, friendships, expectations, and constant comparison can make it hard to feel confident, grounded, and true to themselves.

That’s why we’re so excited to be part of Rise & Shine, a free one-day conference designed to empower girls ages 12 - 18 in the Anthem and Phoenix Valley area.

This uplifting event will focus on helping teen girls build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness while learning how to navigate peer pressure, emotions, social media, and relationships with more clarity and strength.

Participants will hear from inspiring speakers, including best-selling author Sunny Dawn Johnston, who will share powerful insights on self-love and authenticity, along with other incredible voices speaking on body image, perseverance, and following your dreams.

Boulder Creek High School Gymnasium
FREE for girls ages 12 - 18

Attendees will receive a swag bag, and lunch can be brought or purchased on-site. Girls and adult volunteers must register in advance.

This is a powerful opportunity for teen girls to connect, learn, and walk away feeling more confident in who they are.
