This December, we were honored to celebrate a truly remarkable milestone with our resident Eileen, who recently turned 102. Eileen’s grace, wisdom and joyful spirit have touched so many hearts here at Garden Ridge. Reaching 102 is a testament to a life filled with resilience, love, and rich memories and we are grateful to have shared in her special day.

We asked Eileen the question everyone was curious about, “What’s the secret to making it to 102?” She laughed and replied, “Don’t burn the candle at both ends, and every night I enjoy a little apricot brandy with honey and lemon. It’s wonderful.”

We are so thankful for the joy Eileen brings to our community each day. 🎉💛

Our annual Season of Celebration was a beautiful evening filled with joy, music and community. Residents enjoyed an array of delicious appetizers and desserts prepared by our culinary team, along with a festive hot cocoa and wine bar.

Santa and Mrs. Claus made a special appearance to spread holiday cheer, and the Dickens Carolers filled the room with classic Christmas melodies that everyone loved. The night also featured exciting raffles and plenty of laughter as we gathered to celebrate the season together.

It was a wonderful way to close out the year and create lasting memories with our community. 🎄✨

Garry's wife Marcia lives with dementia. When she moved to Villa at Terracina Grand, he watched her form meaningful connections and find a sense of calm he hadn't seen in years. The community's design allows residents to move freely and make choices about their day. For Garry, seeing Marcia so comfortable and content meant everything.

When Marcia moved to memory care, her husband Garry watched her find friendship, freedom and peace in a community designed to support her needs.
