Strong back, strong life!
We are happy to share a few simple exercises to help you strengthen your back using equipment you already have at home or at your local gym! These movements are great for improving posture, reducing pain, and keeping your spine healthy and happy. 🙌
Fun fact: Your multifidus muscle, a small but mighty muscle in your lower back, plays a huge role in stabilizing your spine! Strengthening it can help prevent pain and improve your balance.
