Grateful to have completed Trauma-Informed Training through Third Eye Integration, taught by the incredible Water Shepherd.

This training deepened my understanding of how trauma lives not just in the mind, but in the body and energy field. It reinforced something I hold as sacred in my work: creating safety. Real safety. The kind that allows people to soften, regulate, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace.

I’m profoundly appreciative of Water’s wisdom, clarity, and integrity in teaching this work. The knowledge and practices I gained are already supporting my clients in moving through difficult memories and experiences with more compassion, awareness, and agency.

Being trauma-informed isn’t optional. It’s foundational. Especially when holding space for healing on nervous system, emotional, and energetic levels.

Honored to continue learning, growing, and showing up with care.
