Hey Fun & Fit fam! We’ve been building some exciting things and have lots of new faces. It’s the perfect time to get to know you all and reintroduce a myself!

⭐️ I’ve worked in pediatrics my entire career. I’ve always enjoyed working with kids, and consider myself the fun auntie.

⭐️ My personal growth from fitness inspired me to create Fun & Fit. The discipline, hard work, and perseverance transferred to all other areas of my life.

⭐️It is important for me to impart these skills and confidence on my clients. Hard work pays off. Anything is possible.

⭐️ When not working, you can find me lifting weights in the gym, on the lake, or off-roading in my pink Jeep!

⭐️ I love spending time with family, friends, and my two German shepherds.

⭐️I’m an Arizona native and love exploring this beautiful state!

⭐️I LOVE to travel. Experiencing all the sights, cultures, and especially the food!

⭐️ I consider myself a buttercake connoisseur, I’ve got a few favorites! 🤣

Fitness Fun for the Holidays! Looking for an outlet for your child over the holidays? We offer Occupational Therapy and Fitness sessions for kiddos of all ages and abilities. We build foundational coordination and motor skills, as well as sport specific skills. With locations in Peoria and Scottsdale, we offer individual or group sessions.
