“I’m out on my walk today wearing my 8-pound weighted vest. Now, you absolutely don’t have to do this… but adding a little resistance can be a great way to switch things up if you’ve been walking for a while.

Our bodies adapt to exercise, so when we challenge them in a new way, they respond beautifully.

Getting outside, breathing fresh air, moving your body — it’s one of the best things you can do for your health.

Decided to mix it up today and do a bike ride instead of a walk.

It was absolutely amazing regardless if you’re walking a riding a bike taking a swim or getting outdoors to play a sport you enjoy outdoor exercise is so beneficial for your body and your mental health.

Take time to get outside and exercise the benefits are endless.

Remember your body is the most important investment that you could put time and energy into. Avoid procrastinating and waiting until tomorrow to do something to improve your health start today your body will thank you!

Women start to lose muscle starting at the age of 30 every decade we can lose up to 3-8%! That’s a lot of lean muscle loss over time.
