Day #22
50 squats down… and so much more behind every rep.

I’m showing up for the American Heart Association Squat Challenge—
1500 squats this month—to fight for women’s hearts ❤️

Because here’s the truth…

👉 1,000 women a day in the U.S. have a heart attack
👉 1 in 2 will NOT survive

Let that sink in.

And it’s not just older women…
Younger women are at risk too.

I know… because I’m a TWO-time heart attack survivor.

This isn’t just a workout for me—
This is my calling.

💔 Know the signs:
• Chest pressure or tightness
• Pain in jaw, neck, back, or arm
• Shortness of breath
• Nausea, dizziness, unusual fatigue

⚠️ If something feels off—DO NOT WAIT.
Call 911. Your life is worth it.

💪 Ladies… we have to take care of our hearts.

Friday fitness tips!

As a seasoned trainer with 42 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I strongly advocate for consistency as a crucial element in achieving significant results💥

Consistency is paramount in attaining one's health and fitness objectives.

I frequently emphasize to my clients that consistent effort yields desired outcomes, whereas inconsistency leads to regression and a cycle of starting and stopping, which is counterproductive to success.

Furthermore, consistency plays a vital role in supplement regimens.

I firmly believe in integrating supplements into a comprehensive workout program that encompasses strength training, cardiovascular exercise, healthy eating, and supplementation.

I am enthusiastic about sharing this approach with others.

Specifically, I have found the combination of creatine and liquid Bio-Cell peptide collagen to be instrumental in producing outstanding results.

Currently, I am undertaking a 90-day regimen of these supplements and documenting my progress on social media, where I have observed significant improvements in my overall well-being, strength, alertness, and energy levels, leaving me feeling fantastic.
