• Chest pain, pressure, or tightness
• Pain in jaw, neck, back, or arm
• Shortness of breath
• Nausea or vomiting
• Unusual fatigue
• Lightheadedness or dizziness
• Cold sweats

🧠 Stroke Signs (Think F.A.S.T.)
• F – Face drooping (one side uneven)
• A – Arm weakness (can’t raise both arms evenly)
• S – Speech difficulty (slurred or confused)
• T – Time to call 911 immediately

Other possible signs:
• Sudden severe headache
• Sudden confusion
• Trouble seeing in one or both eyes
• Loss of balance or coordination.

Day 5 of my American Heart Association Squat Challenge… and today feels even more meaningful.

God has given me not one… but TWO second chances after surviving two heart attacks. I know without a doubt that He is not done with me yet.

Because of His grace, I’m still here.
Because of His mercy, I’m still moving.
Because of His strength, I keep going.

Today, I give ALL the glory to the King of Kings. šŸ‘‘

This body is a gift… and I choose to honor it. Every squat, every step, every breath is a reminder that life is precious.

I want to encourage you today—
Where is your walk with your faith?
Are you taking care of the body God entrusted to you?

You don’t have to be perfect… just start. Move your body. Take care of your heart. Lean into Him.

He is risen… and because of that, we have LIFE.
