I specialize in treating issues related to addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, codependency, self-esteem concerns, adjustment difficulties, anger, and stress management. Using a systemic and strengths-based approach, we will incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques into your sessions to help you identify and reach your goals. I am a patient, nurturing and direct therapist. It is my goal to provide clients with a compassionate and non-judgmental environment so that clients can safely express and process their vulnerabilities, experience healing, find balance, and improve their lives one day a time. To perform a physiological sigh, take one deep inhale through your nose, followed by a shorter, second inhale to fill your lungs even more, and then perform a long, slow exhale through your mouth until your lungs are empty. This reduces stress and increases calm by clearing out carbon dioxide and slowing your heart rate.
