Daylight savings time is upon us again (don't forget to change the clock!) the debate wether the time should or shouldn't be changed is forever ongoing. However, there is no debating how important sleeping 8 hrs. is for the mind and body.
Setting the clock ahead by 1 hr. creates later sunrises and sunsets, with more daylight in the evenings.
*Morning light is critical for setting our circadian rhythms each day, early morning sunshine will help us when adjusting to the clock change.
