For more than 15 years, our commercial janitorial company has continued to grow year after year. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by chance.

As we approach the end of the year, I want to take a moment to express how much I love this time of year for many reasons. One of the most important is the opportunity we have to recognize our valuable workers and their families at our annual holiday appreciation party.

This special occasion is a time when we all come together to celebrate the past year and give back to those who have given so much throughout the year. Our success would not be possible without the dedication and hard work of our team members — especially those who often work behind the scenes, doing the tough, sometimes dirty work, mostly at night. Their commitment and effort are the foundation of everything we have achieved.

Reflecting on 2025, we had a great year filled with accomplishments and growth. Yet, I am confident that 2026 will be even better. It will be another year to continue supporting those who take care of us and our customers each day.

We at Plan B Facility Services would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to Charles, who has been an invaluable member of our team at Plan B Facility Services for almost two years, specifically on our highway litter crew.

Charles has consistently demonstrated an exceptional work ethic and commitment to his responsibilities. Balancing his role with us alongside a second job on his off days showcases his dedication and resilience. He has always been a true team player, offering support and camaraderie to his colleagues, and his contributions will undoubtedly be missed.

As many of you may know, Charles has made the commendable decision to enlist in the Navy and serve our country. In recognition of his service and to say our goodbyes, we held a surprise send-off that included his family as well as our Plan B office staff. It was a heartfelt gathering filled with gratitude and admiration for all that he has accomplished during his time with us.

We wish Charles all the best in this new endeavor and want to reiterate how proud we are of him for choosing to serve his country. His courage and commitment to this next chapter of his life are truly inspiring.

Please join me in extending your warm wishes to Charles as he embarks on this important journey. His absence will be felt, but we know he will excel in his future service.
