Emergency Physician Staffing Solutions EPSS is an Emergency Physician staffing group based in central Illinois, owned by three board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Drs.

James Hubler, James Brown and Troy Cutler are the managing partners of Emergency Physician Staffing Solutions. Our ability to manage quality assurance, budgets, and EPSS physicians, is due to over 40 years of active Emergency Medicine practice. All owners are Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians who work clinically, as well as administratively. A hands-on approach gives EPSS a unique perspective in the recruitment of physicians, as well insight into our contract management. Our management history at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL, as EMS Medical Director, Lifeflight Director, Core Faculty for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program (University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria), Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Director, as well as leadership roles within our contracted facilities has enriched our management experience.
