We are so grateful to Next Health Peoria for joining us today for our New Year, New You Open House! 🤍

Next Health is a global leader in longevity and personalized health, and we’re so excited that their first Arizona location is opening right here in Peoria at the end of January.

After class, our students enjoyed relaxing recovery sessions with Normatec compression boots, helping promote lymphatic drainage, reduce soreness, improve circulation, and support faster recovery 🙌

✨💥 BIG THANK YOU ATOMIC 16 NATIONAL 1💥✨

We had an absolute BLAST welcoming the Atomic 16 National 1 Volleyball Team to Urban Zen for a private Glow Pump / Yoga Sculpt Team-Building Class 🏐💪✨

Our co-owner Amy has been teaching the Atomic volleyball teams private team-building sessions for years now, and it never gets old. This crew brings the energy, the laughs, the sweat, and the FUN every single time. Truly one of her favorite groups to work with 💙

Huge shout-out to these incredible athletes, the awesome parents, and the rockstar coaches Jared and Gabby who jumped in and made this class loud, glowy, sweaty, and unforgettable 🔥🌈🧘‍♀️
