This month, we’re celebrating the power of faith and generosity in promoting organ and tissue donation. Compassion and giving are at the heart of our Mission — and organ and tissue donation is a sacred expression of these values.

Today we celebrate Olivia McClintick and her incredible 50 years at OSF HealthCare! From starting in the hospital kitchen to roles serving patients and supporting staff, Olivia has touched nearly every part of our hospital.

She has also gone above and beyond to help patients feel understood and cared for, whether assisting with communication or making sure their needs were met.

Olivia has truly been the heart of OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center, dedicating five decades to making it a better place for patients and Mission Partners every day. 💛

Congratulations to Lori Keefauver on her upcoming retirement! Lori has dedicated 17 years to Food & Nutrition Service/Catering at OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center, spending 14 years as secretary and the last three as administrative assistant.

We are grateful for her years of hard work, dedication and the positive impact she has made on our team and patients.

We’ll be celebrating Lori next month, and we wish her all the best in this next chapter! 🎉

A family shares their gratitude for Jeffrey Klopfenstein, MD, OSF HealthCare Illinois Neurological Institute, for going above and beyond during their dad’s care in September. From ensuring quick admission and imaging to personally explaining MRI results and next steps, Dr. Klopfenstein provided guidance, support and reassurance every step of the way.
