Family Partners LLC We partner with families and providers across Arizona to support individuals with developmental disabilities through caring, community-based services.

We are contracted with DDD to help each person grow, connect, and thrive in their community. Family Partners LLC provides Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), Day Programs for Adults, Employment Services, and Developmental Homes throughout Arizona. We inspire individuals with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

🏊‍♂️ Big congratulations to one of the Home and Community-Based Services members in Yuma!

He recently competed in his Special Olympics swim competition and did an amazing job! From training to race day, his hard work, determination, and confidence truly shined in the pool.

Swimming takes strength, focus, and perseverance—and he showed all of that and more. Every lap was a reminder of what’s possible with dedication and support.

We are so proud of his accomplishment and can’t wait to see what he achieves next!

Family Partners LLC works with the families of children and adults with developmental disabilities. Since we started in 2000, our goals are to help your loved ones with everyday activities to become more independent, and when applicable, assimilate them into the workplace environment with local community partners. Our licensed caregivers provide one-on-one or group care with developmentally disabled individuals in a variety of quality and meaningful services throughout Maricopa County and now in Yuma, AZ.

Your loved one can receive and benefit from the following services from Family Partners LLC:

-Speech therapy - Occupational therapy - Physical therapy - Habilitation - Respite care - Attendant care - Day treatment and training for adults (ie. Special Olympics, music therapy, community outings) - Group Supported Employment (GSE) - Child/Adult Developmental Homes
