What a wonderful evening celebrating Freedom Plaza’s 35th Anniversary at The Inn Assisted Living! Our assisted living residents embraced the vibrant theme of Havana Nights with delicious dinner and appetizers, all while enjoying live music by Sweetwater Strings. It was our first family night since COVID, and seeing everyone come together in joy and celebration was truly heartwarming. Here’s to many more special moments like this! 🌴🎶

"Mom has received excellent care in the Assisted Living facility. Since her fall in early 2023 she had needed additional care and FP and their staff give her the best possible care! We had an absolute blast celebrating the luckiest day of the year with treats, a lively performance by Patrick O'Nally, and plenty of refreshments to go around. Our team even got into the St. Paddy's Day spirit with their "Let the shenanigans begin" t-shirts.🤩 Happy St. Patrick's Day!🍀

I'm happy to report that all of these Freedom Plaza locations and moves have been very good experiences for her and us. This review is focused primarily on Memory Care.

Potato Chip Party at The Inn Assisted Living! We had a fantastic time playing fun and creative games, such as rolling dice to dress up Mr. Potato Head. The first person to complete their potato head won a prize.😁 We also had a potato chip taste-testing and trivia game. To top it off, we played a game of Hot Potato!🥔🔥

Freedom Plaza Peoria was designed, built and originally operated by Robert Roskamp, senior living pioneer and philanthropist. He formed Freedom Plaza Limited Partnership (FPLP) in 1987 and teamed up with Sun Health, an Arizona senior living and community health non-profit organization in a joint venture that strengthened the ownership group.
“Freedom Plaza was the first Life Plan community of its kind”, said Mr. Roskamp. “I’m proud to have led the development of such a strong and vibrant sector of the senior living market.”
FPLP has retained continuous ownership of the Freedom Plaza campus, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. In April, 2018, the Arizona Department of Insurance granted FPLP’s wholly-owned subsidiary a permit to manage the Freedom Plaza campus, previously managed by Brookdale.
