Thanks to the generous support from the Delta Dental of Illinois Foundation through their Community Grants Program, the Hult Center for Healthy Living is set to make a lifelong impact! This funding will allow us to educate students on the importance of dental health, teach healthy dental habits, and provide hands-on instruction in brushing and flossing! 😁

Let's get outside! Why not try taking an Alphabet Hike to explore the outdoors? Make a list of the different things you see on your hike and see if you can find something for each letter of the alphabet.
For example, you might spot an "Acorn" lying on the ground, or admire a "Bluebird" flitting from branch to branch. As you continue your journey, keep your eyes peeled for a "Caterpillar" inching its way along a leaf or catch sight of a "Dandelion" swaying gently in the breeze.
The possibilities are endless, and each letter is an invitation to discover something new and wonderful in nature.
