Our October Employee of the Month is Aimee Vanstane! In her role as a Senior Patient Care Associate, Aimee is responsible for training and overseeing the patient care associate team as they maintain the lobby and front counter, assist customers with OTC supplements, notify customers when their prescription is ready, prepare prescriptions for shipping and so much more!
Aimee has gone above and beyond in her role, taking on new challenges and responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. She recently completed training in our patient care technician role and has already stepped up to begin training in leadership role - a true reflection of her drive and dedication.
Aimee has been a tremendous help to both the associates and the front-end team, always ready to assist wherever needed. During the recent transition to our new software, she put in extra hours to ensure everything was ready for launch and kept a positive attitude throughout the process.
Her coworkers describe her as efficient, dependable, and a natural problem solver. She consistently goes the extra mile, supports her team, and brings a positive energy to the workplace. Aimee’s willingness to learn, help others, and take initiative makes her a valuable part of the PHA family.
