✨Gynecomastia✨

Gynecomastia surgery is a procedure that removes excess breast tissue, fat, and sometimes skin in men who experience enlarged breasts. Depending on the type of tissue present, surgery can involve liposuction alone or a combination of liposuction and direct gland excision. The goal is to restore a flatter, more masculine chest contour that looks natural both in and out of clothing.

Every case is unique. Some patients have mostly fatty tissue, while others have a firm gland that must be excised through a small incision around the ar**la. Recovery is usually straightforward—most patients return to work in a few days and to the gym in a few weeks. Results are long-lasting as long as weight stays stable and hormone levels remain balanced.

✨Breast Augmentation with Silicone Implants, Above the Muscle✨

A breast augmentation with silicone implants placed above the muscle—also known as a subglandular or pre-pectoral placement—positions the implant just behind the breast tissue and in front of the chest muscle.

This approach can provide a rounder, more defined upper-pole look, less discomfort with movement or exercise, and a typically easier recovery. It’s often a great option for women who already have a good amount of natural breast tissue to camouflage the implant and want more lift or cleavage without engaging the pectoral muscle.

I help each patient determine whether above- or below-muscle placement is best based on anatomy, skin quality, activity level, and aesthetic goals.
