We are proud to offer special seasonal treatments throughout the year. Winter-time is a great time to experience Hot Stone Massage. After dry brush exfoliation, the treatment uses aromatherapy massage and soothing hot stones to complete this full-body relaxation experience. Hot stone massage is useful for relieving tight or cramped muscles, for melting away stress and anxiety, as well as improving circulation. 80 Minutes / $120

B-Connect is proud to host Gentle Yoga sessions on Monday mornings. Gentle Yoga, led by experienced yoga instructor Molly Jones Waller, is suitable for all ages, but can be especially helpful for seniors. Gentle movements and stretching are perfect for beginners and those with limited mobility. Yoga poses can reduce swelling in joints while increasing mobility, and it can improve balance and coordination which helps reduce the chance for falls. Yoga, while great for the body, also provides the mind a meditative experience which reduces stress. Our sessions begin October 3rd, and are held every Monday at 9 am. Single sessions are $10 and packages of 5 for $40 are available.

B-Connect Massage is unique in Peoria for offering Traditional Thai massage the way it has been practiced in Thailand for generations. Performed on a special Thai mattress placed on the floor for optimal pressure and body alignment, the massage consists of gentle pressure on energy lines as well as stretching and manipulation. It is often described as "assisted yoga" and helps increase body's flexibility, relieves muscle/joint tension, helps circulation, and restores energy balance. The client remains clothed in loose-fitting garments and no oil is used.
