We’re excited to welcome Natasha, LCSW to our team at our Eureka location!

Natasha brings over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across foster care, residential treatment, and school settings. Her background includes 8 years as a school social worker, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges young people face today.

She specializes in working with youth and utilizes approaches such as:
• Play Therapy
• Creative Arts
• Social Skills Development
• CBT & DBT-informed strategies
• Mindfulness & Trauma-Informed Care

Natasha has extensive experience supporting children with mood disorders, anxiety, and neurodevelopmental differences. She believes healing begins with connection; creating a safe, supportive space where children can build confidence, explore emotions, and grow.

Outside of the office, Natasha is a dedicated wife and mother of five, as well as a licensed foster parent. Her faith and passion for helping others guide both her personal and professional life.

National Erase Self-Negativity Day reminds us that the way we speak to ourselves matters. Negative self-talk can quietly shape how we feel, but with awareness we can begin replacing those thoughts with something far more helpful—kindness, patience, and encouragement toward ourselves.

Try a simple exercise today:
📝 Write down one negative thought you often have about yourself.
✏️ Cross it out.
💬 Replace it with something supportive and realistic.

Small shifts in how we think can make a meaningful difference in how we feel. Be gentle with yourself today—you deserve the same compassion you give to others. 💙

🎉 Happy Birthday, Delaney! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Delaney Corona Martinez, LCPC, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of the Christian Psychological Associates team!

Delaney provides compassionate care to adolescents, adults, and seniors, including individuals experiencing dementia and traumatic brain injuries. She supports clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, life transitions, and caregiver strain. Through her thoughtful approach—integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness—Delaney helps clients build insight, strengthen their resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

When she’s not supporting clients, Delaney enjoys spending time with her husband, three dogs, and a chinchilla, listening to music, going to concerts, and playing video games.
