🌟 Employee of the Month Spotlight 🌟

Please join us in celebrating our Sierra Winds Employee of the Month, Ethelyn Fabian!

Originally from the Philippines, Ethelyn brings warmth, dedication, and positivity to everything she does. After graduating from Holy Angel University in 2000, she began a new chapter getting married and eventually making Arizona her home.

Ethelyn joined Sierra Winds because of its welcoming residents and supportive, fun-loving team and she’s been making an impact ever since. Starting as a dietary aide, her hard work and passion have led her to grow into her current role as an Activities Assistant.

She truly shines when building meaningful connections within the HCC community, and her enthusiasm is felt by everyone around her. Her coworkers admire her strong work ethic and uplifting spirit. As Kimberly Sanders, HCC Community Life Director, shares, “Ethelyn is always the first to jump in whenever help is needed.” Debby Lindsey, DON, adds, “Every morning she brings the best attitude and a great vibe.”

Outside of work, Ethelyn enjoys relaxing with a good book, watching TV, and spending quality time with her family.

Meet Dale a resident who proves it’s never too late to start a new chapter.

From building homes and businesses to helping rescue dogs find loving homes, Dale’s life has been defined by independence, adaptability, and heart. Now at Sierra Winds, he’s found something just as meaningful: connection.

With his two dogs, Gina and Gidget, by his side, Dale stays active, social, and fully engaged from daily fitness classes to community sing-alongs.

His advice? He only wishes he made the move sooner.
