Sisters Rock Spotlight: Meet Our Moderator! 🎤

Listen… when you bring together powerful women, you need a moderator who can match that energy, and we have just that!

We are honored to have Dr. Stephanie Atwood, DNP, APRN-FPA, FNP-C, MBA leading the conversation for Sisters Rock!

With over 20 years of experience in primary care, acute care, and maternal health, Dr. Atwood is not only a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, but also a respected healthcare leader and advocate for equitable, patient-centered care.

Her passion? Empowering communities, educating patients, and reminding us all that: “Your health is an investment, not an expense.”

As a Black woman in healthcare leadership, she represents excellence, purpose, and impact, making her the perfect voice to guide this powerful panel discussion.

Sisters Rock Spotlight: A Legacy of Care & Compassion 💕

We are truly honored to welcome Dr. Denise Mammolito to the Sisters Rock panel!

After an incredible 32-year career serving breast cancer patients in Peoria, Dr. Mammolito has made a lasting impact on countless lives through her expertise in surgical oncology and her dedication to compassionate care.

In addition to her work in the field, she also served as faculty at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and held leadership roles both locally and nationally, helping advance breast cancer treatment.

Now enjoying retirement, traveling, and golfing with her husband, we are grateful she’s taking time to share her wisdom and experience with us.

Her journey is one of purpose, impact, and legacy and you don’t want to miss what she has to share!

Joni Rials is an award-winning Cardiology nurse with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Manager of Interventional Services Cath Lab. Her passion for heart health goes far beyond the hospital walls, and she’s on a mission to save lives and empower women everywhere.

As the founder of The Red Peacock Society, Joni is leading a movement helping women live bold, audacious, heart disease-free lives through awareness, advocacy, and action!

A 2025 Go Red for Women Ambassador, she has already trained over 350 individuals in life-saving CPR and continues to push for better access to preventive heart screenings.♥️

Her message is clear: Protect your heart. Know your power. Live audaciously…..CLOCK IT! 🤏🏾

We’re kicking things off by introducing an incredible woman of impact!

With 18 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, our featured panelist is deeply passionate about improving access to healthcare and serving communities with excellence. She also pours into the next generation as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Nursing, mentoring future nurses and leaders.

And that’s not all…she played a key role in launching the Mobile Health & Wellness Unit in the Peoria area, bringing vital care directly to those who need it most.

Beyond her professional impact, she’s a devoted wife and proud mom of five, truly balancing purpose and family!

You don’t want to miss the wisdom she’ll bring to the Sisters Rock panel! Stay tuned as we continue to reveal more powerful voices over the next week.
