Dear friends of the Pepin Labyrinth Yoga Studio,

Happy Thanksgiving. May your day be filled with abundance, nourishment, and the joy of connecting with your chosen family.

We will hold our regular classes on Tuesday, but the studio will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Below is the December schedule, where we will continue with all regular offerings, including our Thursday evening Candlelight Yoga class.

As Charlie Brown reminds us, “What if today, we were just grateful for everything?”

Dear Pepin Labyrinth community,

Happy November!

As you know, many families in our community experience food insecurity. The current government shutdown has only exacerbated the problem.

That is why, for the month of November, we will be collecting food and funds for the Food Pantry.

When you attend class, please bring items to donate for this cause.
For our part, Pepin Labyrinth will be donating all of the proceeds for this month to the Food Pantry.

Examples of items you can donate
• Non-perishable food
• Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)
• Personal hygiene (tampons, toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes)

As a community, we can take our yoga “off the mat” and help those in need.

Dāna (दान): The general term for giving, generosity, or charity.

Pepin Labyrinth Community~
Following is the schedule for November. I would also like to highlight the Thursday evening candlelight yoga class. It will be gentle and strong. We encourage everyone to try it. Also, bring your friends that are new to yoga. This Thursday we will have a special guest. Rachelle McMannus will be visiting with her gong and crystal bowls. Some of you might remember her from yoga on the bluffs. Come to join us! If you have a regular practice or are completely new, you will leave feeling balanced, relaxed and ready for your weekend.

Greetings on Labor Day~
Please note a couple of changes. Lynn will teach for Marie on Tuesday morning. We will resume chair yoga on Thursday and we will begin having an evening class on Thursday at 5:30.

Yoga on the Bluff Tomorrow💗
We have a beautiful yoga and gong experience planned for you tomorrow. There is a slight chance it will rain early in the morning. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will move it to the studio. We hope to see you in the morning.

Marie will be out of town this week of July 13th. Lynn will Teach at 10:00 on Tuesday and Thursday morning. Thank you Lynn.
“Yoga on the bluff” ending happening in the studio and was beautiful. I heard glowing reports. Thank you to all who came and Becky, Jenny and Lori for helping layering the soundscapes. Regular schedule will be back next week.
We are having another sound bath with Marc, and another “yoga on the bluff”. I will confirm the dates.

Yoga and Sound bath will be in the studio. There has been too much rain and dampness to be comfortable. We will try to schedule on the bluff again.
