• Tuesday 12/23: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Tuesday 12/30: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Wednesday 12/31: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

It's Pumpkin Season! Try this recipe using our Numetra Vanilla Meal replacement packet! 🍁🍂🎃

Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Ingredients
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
4-6 oz unsweetened almond milk or water
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Numetra Vanilla Pudding/Shake packet
4oz cold coffee (optional)
1/2-1 tsp artificial sweetener like monk fruit (optional)
ice cubes

Directions
Combine all ingredients with a milk frother (or in a blender) and pour over ice. Enjoy!!

It’s been shown that patients who maintain consistent weekly appointments are more successful in reaching their weight loss goals. We want to support your journey, so we’ve created a special incentive to keep you on track.
Here's how you can earn a $25 credit:
Simply meet with our dietician four times between April 1st and April 30th—whether in-person or by phone. That’s it! This credit can be used for meal replacement products in May. Maintenance patients and those with free weigh-ins are not eligible for this offer.
