Together they have over 30 years experience treating and managing obesity. Darlene has one of longest experiences nationally in using OPTIFAST, a high-quality meal replacement. We currently use OPTIFAST in combination with partial meal plans. We see patients individually and are also happy to manage pre and post bariatric surgery clients. We also specialize in providing on-site corporate programs which bring weight loss directly to companies. It's Pumpkin Season! Try this recipe using our Numetra Vanilla Meal replacement packet! 🍁🍂🎃

Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Ingredients
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
4-6 oz unsweetened almond milk or water
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Numetra Vanilla Pudding/Shake packet
4oz cold coffee (optional)
1/2-1 tsp artificial sweetener like monk fruit (optional)
ice cubes

Directions
Combine all ingredients with a milk frother (or in a blender) and pour over ice. Enjoy!!
