THIS WEEK'S ON-LINE PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS:
Spice it Up! DILL! (part 1)

Did you know dill was once so valuable it was used to pay taxes—and even prescribed as a remedy for hiccups? Throughout history, dill has been credited with warding off witches, sparking passion when infused in wine, and earning the nickname “meetin’ seed,” when children chewed dill seed to help them sit through long sermons.

Join us for a fun and flavorful webinar to learn more about dill and receive three recipes to try at home over the next two weeks. We’ll gather again later in the month to share results and vote on the spice or herb to feature next. Free to participate.
