We are not here to just push you until you cannot move the next day. That is not the goal.

Every workout has intention behind it.

Our cardio is done through zone training so you are working the right energy system. Some days we focus on building aerobic capacity. Some days we push performance.

Our strength training follows structured phases so you can progress, lift consistently, and actually get stronger.

Inside the room you will see people doing different things.

Different weights
Different zones

Because everyone is training at the level that is right for them.

Thunder Fitness is a private, results driven gym (NOT volume driven). Clients would describe TF as a personal training experience in a group setting.

We have 3 levels of training to choose from.

#1 Large Group Personal Training

We focus more on fat burning and light strength training.
