Thunder Fitness is a private, results driven gym (NOT volume driven). Clients would describe TF as a personal training experience in a group setting.
We have 3 levels of training to choose from.

#2 Small Group Personal Training (becoming our most popular)
This is where we focus more on your personal strength. This group helps deliver that “tone” desired look. Not big and bulky, just enough to let people know you workout.

#3 Private Personal Training
Private training is used to work on specific things that require 1:1 attention. It could be a physical issue (neck, back, shoulders, hip, knee, ankle problem) or maybe you lack some confidence being in a group setting. Or maybe you just want that extra push! So this is where we work on you and your needs to get you to that next level.
