Massage Therapy: After receiving certification from The Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 2001 Matthew opened Rohr Myotherapy. While maintaining a private practice opportunities in area spas, chiropractic clinics, and management continued his education in the practice. Massage therapy is an excellent choice for people that simply want to feel better and take control of their health. With attention to quality, service, and outcome, these highly effective treatments relieve a variety of ailments. Yoga Instruction: We desired to create a space and staff to assist students wanting to make Yoga a more integral part of their life. Students at CLHA are students of change. Students desire an understanding of the whole self. Central Lakes Healing Arts operates a recurring schedule enabling you to be consistent in your practice. Optional private classes are available to fit your needs. After years of refining skills and understanding of the body, we are confident you will feel the benefits of Yoga no matter your fitness level. Come to class and see change, continue and be changed.
