CONGRATULATIONS LISA!
At the recent MN Signature Care Conference award ceremony, Lisa wasn't sure she heard right when her name was announced as the recipient for the "Executive Director of the Year." She humbly accepted the award but was reluctant to share the exciting news with our facility. Besides Lisa's regular duties, she is always willing to help on the floor (even on holidays!) Her door is always open, even if it is just for a laugh or lending an ear. Lisa has turned this place around.
Staff said it best: "Lisa has done an amazing job with this place." "She brought it from 15 to 100! Congratulations Lisa!" "Lisa wasn't afraid to jump on the floor and work alongside new staff. She would always help us." "She always had our back." "Lisa recognizes all of us, she says hello and comes by to give us a hug." "If you have a problem, you go to Lisa, she will handle it." Lisa has been heard saying "I trust everyone here." Another favorite saying of Lisa's is "Stay with me, we'll get past this." Staff stated "I love working here, I tell all my friends to apply."
