What a week!

We opened 1 week ago and it has been AMAZING!

Welcome to Next Chapter Hormone & Wellness!

We specialize in midlife women's health, primarily perimenopause and menopause care as well as hormone therapy and other related treatment options.

Our services will expand as our practice grows. This may include men's health and hormone therapy, functional and longevity medicine, therapeutic nutrition, weight loss and more.

Visits will be offered in person in Perham, MN inside Elements Wellness and Med Spa. Telehealth visits are available for clients located in MN, ND, and MT.

I am so grateful and humbled for all the interest and support thus far! As I work toward my website and launch date (coming very soon!), be sure to join our email list and await the announcement of our upcoming free educational event.
