Anyone have some items to donate? This program Elevate sponsors is such a great resource for the Perham area!

Our Mobility Market is currently in need of:
• Bed rails
• Commodes
• Knee scooters

Since August 1, 2025, we’ve lent out 71 items to community members who needed short-term support after surgery, injury, or health changes. That’s 71 times someone didn’t have to scramble, stress, or spend money on equipment they’d only use for a short while.

If you have one of these items tucked away in a closet, garage, or basement, this is your sign. It could make someone’s recovery a whole lot smoother.

Have questions or want to arrange a drop-off time? Reach out to us and we’ll coordinate.

We're excited to have Revive & Thrive Therapy join us for our Parkinson's Support Group in February! They will discuss the importance of exercise through hands-on PWR! movements, providing modifications for those at risk of falls. They will also share helpful guidance on home safety and adaptive equipment to support everyday activities.

Our holiday week did not go as planned — lots of sickness, lots of rest, and lots of kleenex. But we’re finally feeling like ourselves again, and we took advantage of the warm Saturday to sneak out for some ice fishing. Family, fresh air, and a reminder of how good that cold winter air feels.. especially when you've been running a fever for 3 days. 😆

It’s a good reminder of why we built Revive & Thrive in the first place — to help people recover their mobility and get back to the activities that make them feel alive, connected, and themselves again.

With the incoming snow, we want to make sure everyone stays safe on the ice! Perham winters are beautiful… but slippery! Falls on snow and ice are one of the leading causes of winter injuries. Protect yourself and your loved ones:

- Salt or sand your steps
- Slow down when walking
- Carry less so you can keep your balance
- Consider add snow traction cleats to your shoes or adding an ice pick attachment to the bottom of your cane.
