SHAPE has been such a great place for us! Excited to see SHAPE up cultivate amazing learning experiences💞

We are bringing back SHAPE UP next year with great new classes offered in our new location! This is the perfect transitional program for middleschoolers, a mix of next-level classes designed to encourage independence and offer a space for connection. We had a robust community this year where kids grew in their relationships and accademic passions. Be sure to get on the email list for information on tours and registration. Keep an eye out for our coming class offerings.

Have you heard of The Good and the Beautiful curriculum?

We are very impressed with their Math, Handwriting, and Language Arts curriculums. These resources provide excellent structure while creatively integrating science, history, geography, social studies, art, and biblical studies into just 2.5 textbooks. They even offer supplemental teaching videos for math. They serve as both a perfect springboard for further independent study and a comprehensive stand alone curriculum.

So many things to be grateful for, but here’s just a few that we’re feeling extra fuzzy about…

🌾All the babies born to families in our community this year
🌾More families discovering CFT care for the first time
🌾More dads becoming an active participant in their family’s wellness journey
🌾Collaborating with other practitioners to serve our clients well
🌾Returning families in new seasons of life

Dr. Rebecca considers it a privilege to work with pregnant mamas who are experiencing pain, discomfort, and pelvic floor issues throughout any stage of pregnancy.

Potential clients may be struggling to stay active during pregnancy or find it difficult to comfortably perform daily tasks. More than just pain, the sensations felt in the pelvis can often be unnecessarily uncomfortable and affecting the position of baby.

Using a combination of CFT, PT, and guidance on site-specific stretching, icing, and/or postural modifications, Dr. Rebecca is able to help mamas find pain relief and encourage optimal positioning for baby.

Despite what you see or hear as being “common pregnancy symptoms,” suffering from pain or major discomfort does not have to be your story.

Our Friends and Family sessions are an exciting way to get a whole friend group, multiple siblings, or entire families involved in what’s offered at Grace Full Movement.

During these sessions, groups receive physical therapy from Dr. Rebecca and leave with an action plan for improving their overall movement with ideas for playing, stretching, and strengthening.

These sessions are not only a ton of fun, but also offer families a discount on the regular session price, making it more affordable for those you love to join in on the movement journey together.

Finding relief from chronic headaches can be life-changing, and we're grateful to be a part of their journey towards optimal health and wellness.

By using a dual approach of Physical Therapy and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, we were able to release fascial strain and improve mobility in the head and neck, reducing the frequency and severity of headaches.

Outside of sessions with Dr. Rebecca, clients are equipped with proper movements and exercises to continue their progress at home, changing the way their bodies move and function on a daily basis.
