This was one of a few truly surreal moments in my life… the ribbon-cutting and dedication of my private practice in Perkasie! Thank you to the Perkasie Town Improvement Association, Mayor Hollenbach, Perkasie Borough Council, Alex Mauro and Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick, Pastor Chris Heller, Cathy of Perkasie Florist, my family, friends, and the local business community for making it an unforgettable celebration of God’s goodness and faithfulness in my life!

My journey has been a winding path through trauma and adversity… BUT GOD! By His grace, I learned that difficult seasons can be a catalyst for transformational growth… with the right support. And now it is my privilege to walk alongside others through the process from emotional pain to healing, from uncertainty to clarity, and from merely surviving to thriving in a life of joy and purpose!

I am truly overwhelmed by the love and support I have received and am so excited to be serving our community in this new space!

Hi! I’m Lauren Stabilito, M.A., founder of Life by Design Coaching. My journey to private practice has been an adventure that includes traumatic life experiences, a Master’s degree in Human Service Counseling, and the realization of a lifelong dream to help others in a meaningful way.

As a board-certified Christian Counselor & Certified Master Life Coach, I offer a holistic, trauma-informed, Christ-centered approach to coaching individuals through life’s challenges. My education, life experience, and professional expertise empower clients to navigate emotional pain, foster personal growth, and thrive through adversity.
