🎄🚨LONG POST ALERT! Here is our annual post with the Ten Things to Know about America’s Oldest Tree Lighting. 5pm-8pm on Saturday, December 6th, 2025. Read on for information about event attractions, affected roads, parking, restrooms and more…..
️⃣ 117 Years of Holiday Magic! It’s the 117th year of Perkasie’s beloved Tree Lighting Ceremony - America’s Oldest! Join us in Perkasie’s festive town center for a night of lights, laughter, and holiday cheer.
️⃣ Santa Lights the Tree at 7 PM! Santa and Mrs. Claus make their grand entrance on a sparkling Perkasie Electric Truck, waving to the crowd before Santa climbs high above to light our magnificent tree. ⭐️ Kids aged 10 and under can bring a non-perishable food donation for Pennridge FISH to the Perkasie Town Improvement table (corner of 7th & Market) for a chance to help Santa light the tree! Drawing at 6:30pm - then grab your cameras, because Santa will be available for photos afterward at the RE/MAXX 440 building!
️⃣ Leave the Pets at Home, Please! We love our furry friends, but this event is very crowded - so please, no pets. Service animals only. And while you’re at it: no coolers, just cozy coats, cocoa, and Christmas spirit.
️⃣ 🚌 Park! Parking options include:
