Behind the business 👀

This week I got to - assist with helping Achilles tendinitis - help someone who has chronic migraines - help another individual with pain management - help a new client with serious shoulder stiffness (it’s pecs too let’s be honest) and help them get back to living and staying active - another to stay in commission and maintain a healthy active lifestyle- help a parent have some reset time and more!

Then topped it off with a grizzly game using our Get Out Pass with some friends!😆🤘🖤

In the in between there is laundry - marketing - maintaining a home - family - pets and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! 🌎
