Dear Fitness Friends,

I am looking at doing some rebranding on my socials for 2026.

I'd love to combine all of my creative outlets and passions to share with you here.

I have been sharing them all in so many different places and that gets a little exhausting!

So, those things would be fitness & nutrition (of course!), fashion, crocheting, & singing.

So, help me out and let me know what kind of content you would love to see from those categories.

I'm feeling so thankful for my thoughtful clients today.

I love being a part of their lives, their fitness journey, and being their personal cheerleader.

But sometimes, I'm the one that needs a cheerleader & they seem to know exactly what to do.

I got the sweetest surprise this week from one who has been with me since the beginning.

She brought me this festive cup and it made my day shine a little brighter!

I truly could not ask for better clients.

They are the real rock stars and I'm so grateful for them!

I may be a fit mom, but I am also an EXHAUSTED mom.

I am raising 3 neurodivergent boys, y'all.

1 is Autistic, 1 has Selective Mutism & is currently in the process of being tested for Autism, & 1 has ADHD.

Every time a medical professional acknowledges that it is A LOT, I feel seen.

I may have all the strength in the gym, but there are days when I think I am going to break mentally.

People say they don't know how I do it or tell me I'm a great mom, but real talk?

I feel like I am failing as a mom CONSTANTLY.

I don't think I'm ever doing anything right.

But making space for self care helps.

Making time for my workouts helps.

If I didn't do things for myself, I would most definitely lose my mind.

It may be cliché, but putting your oxygen mask on first is definitely necessary.

I have been in the place where I had no goals set for myself & you know what happened?

I lost myself, my identity as Megan. I was in Mom mode ALL. THE. TIME.

And honestly, it made me act out. And I can say, without a doubt, that I NEVER want to be in that place again.

Once I started focusing on my health & fitness, I slowly found myself again, and I found a new passion at the same time.

I've been on this fitness journey for almost 5 years now and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

If you have made it this far, thank you for listening, and my point is that NOW is the time to take care of YOURSELF.

Start the workout, change your eating habits, and ignite a flame that has burned out or light a new one.

You will most certainly become the best possible version of yourself.

Don't neglect your muscles!

So many people often forget about specific muscles that may seem unimportant, but just so happen to be extremely important.

You use more muscles than you realize on a daily basis, yet some of them don't move enough, depending on your job/daily routine of life.

Either way, strengthening ALL of your muscles is essential!

There's a reason I have most of my clients do a Total Body Workout during their biweekly personal training sessions.

It's to ensure that all of their muscles get worked out with an equal amount of attention.

Most of them only workout the 2 days they are with me and I have to make sure that is all they need to make progress towards their goals.

We do that by working multiple muscle groups at each session.

One day is for the Push muscles and one day is for the Pull muscles.

Yes they have a love/hate relationship with me 😆, but they trust me, even when they think I'm killing them. 🤣

And you know what? They're all making EXCELLENT progress!
