"I just don't have time to workout." I don't know how many times I have heard this excuse, but I'm done listening to it.
I just want you to shift your mindset. Instead of saying, "I don't have time to exercise," say, "Ok I have to find 20 minutes in this day to MOVE."
The next time you find yourself just sitting on the couch watching TV or scrolling social media, get up and do these 4 Calf Raise Variations.
You can even do them while you're doing every day household tasks, like folding laundry or cooking dinner.
Stop using the excuse that you don't have time.
You do have the time, you just have to look for it in the right place.
3 sets of 10-15 reps each shouldn't take anymore than 20 minutes.
