As of March 1, 2024, we will no longer be accepting new patients due to our schedule being booked out until August 2024. We are trying our best to catch up on scheduling our established patients and we will keep all of our Crossroads Family Eyecare patients posted on when we will open our schedule for new patients. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office at (478) 224-1414.

Also, if you are a existing patient, we are no longer accepting Davis Vision (FEP Blue Vision) insurance as of March 1, 2024 due to re-credentialing problems. We do however, accept Vision Service Plan (VSP) or EyeMed. We are trying to reach out to each patient that has Davis Vision to give them the option to still be seen but you will be responsible for the self pay the day of your visit. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

***UPDATE***THIS WEEKS SCHEDULE: Our office will be closed this Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. We will be here Mon 8:30-6, Tues 8-5, Wed 8-4. Thur-Fri CLOSED.
