We are accepting new patients in our Outpatient Ambulatory Services center!

The center is housed in the south, second-floor upper atrium of DCH. Patients experience a quiet, calm setting with abundant natural light and an open feel, and we offer a private waiting room for loved ones interested in that. The suite is incredibly accessible, located immediately off the elevator patients utilize right by our main entrance.

Our team is highly experienced, and we continue working with our visiting specialists to regularly add new testing and treatment that can assist with wound healing, urological conditions, and much more.

Our Skilled Nursing department is experiencing a regular growth in patients! The fantastic nurse to patient ratios, highly experienced and loyal staff, and implementation of a hospitalist program to ease the transition from ER to inpatient and skilled have all greatly assisted.
