You are invited to our support group This Friday @ 0930 Little Light Coffee Co.
To the moms who have joined our lactation support group before, would you share a little word of encouragement for a mom who may be thinking about coming but feels nervous?

Maybe she is struggling with depression or anxiety.
Maybe she is scared to leave the house.
Maybe she worries her baby will cry and she will feel embarrassed.

We want every mom to know this: you are welcome here.
We truly love a crying baby, and no one in this group expects perfection. Come as you are. No need to be perfectly dressed, perfectly prepared, or have it all together. You are already exactly what your baby needs.

This week, I have heard from so many moms who are struggling, and I just want to say — you do not have to do this alone.

Come join us for a cup of coffee, real conversation, and gentle support from moms who understand. There is no judgment here, only encouragement, community, and a safe place to breathe.

And if coming alone feels too hard, spouses are absolutely welcome to come as backup support.

Then after, join us for a walk at the park.

You are not a burden.
You are not failing.
You are not alone.
Come let us love on you a little.
